How do I track my purchase?

You will receive an email with tracking information after the seller ships the package. The following is a list of the international shipping methods available at DHgate that provide tracking services:

How do I know DHgate has received and approved my payment?

There are 2 statuses:

• If your item's status reads "Pending payment verification", it means that we have received your payment, but DHgate hasn't verified it yet. It will take approximately 1 business day for DHgate to verify a payment.
• Once your payment is verified, you will be notified by email, and the status will change to "Pending seller confirmation".
